Botox can help to smooth skin, giving a more youthful appearance. There are many different brands used and at Derma Clinic Aesthetics, we use Botox Allergan. It is injected directly into the muscles that cause the wrinkles in the face, and works by relaxing the facial muscles around the target area, making lines and wrinkles less obvious.

This award-winning treatment is the latest in anti-aging advancement using hyaluronic acid to remodel the skin, not just filling lines or smoothing wrinkles.

Using a concentration of pure hyaluronic acid injected into the face and or neck, Profhilo nourishes the skin cells and restores firmness, elasticity, hydration and skin tone alongside the mechanical action of lifting the skin. Stimulating four different types of collagen and elastin due to it’s molecular structure, this treatment leaves the skin plump, fresh and youthful in appearance.

An advanced skin booster to improve wrinkles and damaged skin, Sunekos is formulated from hyaluronic acid to reinstate volume and elastin into the dermis, giving the skin a hydrating structure, which in turn smooths the appearance of wrinkles.

We offer two treatments in the Sunekos range: 1200 and 200.

1200 is a thicker density to help boost the skin of the lower face, neck, hands, or other areas of the body.

200 is a lower density product which specifically targets the eye area, leaving you with fresh, bright, smooth and hydrated skin surrounding the eyes.

A second treatment is advised for optimum results.

Bio Filler with Plasma Gel (Bio Filler) is ground-breaking regenerative treatment that can be used to restore volume and shape in the face, hands, breasts, and bum. It uses a gel derived from your own blood, thus eliminating any risk of side effects or allergic reactions.

The gel adds plumpness to areas that have lost volume, also smoothing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It is ideal for clients who suffer from allergies.

The Brazilian Bum Lift, or BBL, is a non-surgical treatment using fillers to create a subtle lift or dramatic shape and volume of the bum.

With incredible results lasting for approximately 2 years, BBL can help:

• Smooth dimpling and uneven areas

• Emphasis and optimise, lift and sculpt

Treatment time depends upon your desired look and quantity of filler, ranging from 45 minutes to an hour and a half. *Post-treatment, results are immediate however, as with all injectable treatments, there may be swelling and soreness in the area for up to 14 days.

CelluErase is a treatment that helps improve the appearance of cellulite. It is minimally invasive and uses a specific and special micro-surgical blade to separate the bands of the fibrous connective tissue, allowing the skin to spring, resulting in smoother and even skin. CelluErase can be used to treat the legs and bum.

Results can be seen immediately however, full results are more noticeable after a period of 3-4 weeks.

Post-treatment, there may be some swelling, bruising and soreness in the area for up to 48 hours. We recommend avoiding any exercise or heat treatments for a few days after this treatment.

Aqualyx fat dissolving injections are used to help remove stubborn pockets of fat. The treatment consists of multiple injections in the target area to begin to dissolve surplus adipose tissue.

Lemon Bottle is a new advanced lipolysis solution for the face and body. Lemon Bottle is a high-concentration fat dissolve solution that combines Riboflavin (vitamin B2) and other premium ingredients that create fat decomposition by accelerating metabolism of fat cells.

Results can be seen after one treatment however the product is designed to work best over a course of four sessions.

This treatment is not a weight loss supplement and is most effective alongside a balanced and active lifestyle.

Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) can be used to remove unwanted hair on the face and body.

This light source heats and destroys hair follicles in the skin, which disrupts hair growth.

More than one treatment may be required to achieve desired results.

Threads are small strands of biodegradable, medical thread that are placed under the skin to lift and tighten the skin of the face or neck. The inserted threads stimulate collagen and elastin production to smooth and slow the aging process by strengthening the skin. The threads are thinner than a strand of hair and made of protein.

Mono threads give immediate results but generally peak at the six-month mark. They can last anywhere between two and three years although this will differ between clients.

Cog threads are slightly thicker in diameter than mono threads and therefore can be used to create more of a significant lift over a larger area eg. The lower cheeks/jowls. The cogs on the threads bind to the facial tissue and allow us to provide a more considerable lift. The effect of cog threads will last approximately 18 months.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy is a unique treatment used improve a multitude of skin complaints, as well as hair regrowth.

Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) therapy is similar to PRP however, retains fibrinogen molecules, providing a more potent healing boost.

The treatments consists of having your bloods taken by our phlebotomist in clinic for your treatment.

For hair regrowth, the high percentage of protein in the injected plasma encourages the “dying” hair follicle to regenerate, enabling hair growth. Results can be seen after just one treatment however, we recommend a course of three treatments for maximum results.

For skincare, a dermaroller is used to pinprick the skin. The minuscule needles create trauma in the skin before your protein packed plasma is then inserted back into the skin. The plasma encourages the break down and removal of dead skin cells whilst stimulating new cell formation. The results are increased collagen and elastin for anti-aging properties, removal of acne/scarring, pigmentation and improving overall complexion.

For anti-aging, the plasma acts as a volumizer, injected where the skin requires rejuvenation and skin tightening. It is extremely effective as an alternative to Dermal Filler and Lumi for under the eye area. PRF can also be used for hair regrowth.

Radio frequency microneedling is a treatment that uses tiny needles and radiofrequency waves to rejuvenate facial skin. The treatment is a form of controlled skin injury and the damage stimulates the growth of healthy new skin, which can benefit common skin issues like acne scars and wrinkles.

The joining of the two techniques is medical grade skincare that helps to lift, firm and tighten the skin, reduce wrinkles, shrink pores and even minimise acne scars and other blemishes.

Kenalog injections are a steroid treatment that alleviates the symptoms of hay fever for individuals with extreme allergies to pollen.
